Compared with what's going on in the world our lives are likely quite normal. There's trouble from time to time but He sustains us through them. Let's make a difference in this life while we can. (Luke 15:10.) "Even so, I tell you, there is joy among and in the presence of the angels of God over one [especially] wicked person who repents (changes his mind for the better, heartily amending his ways, with abhorrence of his past sins)." I'm talking about myself! The Marriage Supper of the LAMB is coming soon. I've also heard it said that every good thing we do no matter how small is celebrated when we arrive in Heaven because it's building the Kingdom.
I'm here starting with a Scripture in Luke's Gospel. (Luke 6:43-46.) "For no good tree produces bad fruit, nor does a bad tree produce good fruit. Each tree is recognised by its own fruit—figs aren't picked from thorn bushes, nor grapes from a briar patch. The good person produces good things from the store of good in his heart, while the evil person produces evil things from the store of evil in his heart. For his mouth speaks what overflows from his heart. "Why do you call me, 'LORD! LORD!' but not do what I say?" This is a first in a series about being known by our fruit. The (Donald) Trump card of the New World Order has come to speed things up for the Elites to bring their kingdom (ha, ha) but we can still do good deeds. I'm using finances as an example but the important bit to see here is being known by our fruit. In Revelation 12:14-17 we read: "But the woman was given the two wings of the great eagle, so that she could fly to her place in the desert, where she is taken care of for a season and two seasons and half a season, away from the serpent's presence. The serpent spewed water like a river out of its mouth after the woman, in order to sweep her away in the flood; but the land came to her rescue—it opened its mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon had spewed out of its mouth. The dragon was infuriated over the woman and went off to fight the rest of her children, those who obey God's commands and bear witness to Yahusha." So who are these two groups? Why aren't those who obey His commands and bear witness not going to the place of safety? Because it's those who are known by their fruit who go there. Food for thought wouldn't you say?
Let's start with the Apocalypse of Peter. (29-30.) "And in a certain other place there were pebbles sharper than swords or any spit, red-hot, and women and men in tattered and filthy raiment rolled about on them in punishment: and these were the rich who trusted in their riches and had no pity for orphans and widows, and despised the commandment of God. (30.) And in another great lake, full of pitch and blood and mire bubbling up, there stood men and women up to their knees: and these were the usurers and those who take interest on interest." Known by their fruit they receive due punishment. Those who are known by their fruit and the righteous are "there" too but in a very different place. Hallelujah! I'll close with a bit on this.
(Some of the extracts following are from a book I've written. They are here as a guide to help you.)
Luke 16:13: “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”
Luke 16:19-31: Yahusha said, “There was a certain rich man who was splendidly clothed in purple and fine linen and who lived each day in luxury. At his gate lay a poor man named Lazarus who was covered with sores. As Lazarus lay there longing for scraps from the rich man’s table, the dogs would come and lick his open sores. “Finally, the poor man died and was carried by the angels to be with Abraham. The rich man also died and was buried, and his soul went to the place of the dead. There, in torment, he saw Abraham in the far distance with Lazarus at his side. “The rich man shouted, ‘Father Abraham, have some pity! Send Lazarus over here to dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue. I am in anguish in these flames.’ “But Abraham said to him, ‘Son, remember that during your lifetime you had everything you wanted, and Lazarus had nothing. So now he is here being comforted, and you are in anguish. And besides, there is a great chasm separating us. No one can cross over to you from here, and no one can cross over to us from there.’ “Then the rich man said, ‘Please, Father Abraham, at least send him to my father’s home. For I have five brothers, and I want him to warn them so they don’t end up in this place of torment.’ “But Abraham said, ‘Moses and the prophets have warned them. Your brothers can read what they wrote.’ “The rich man replied, ‘No, Father Abraham! But if someone is sent to them from the dead, then they will repent of their sins and turn to God.’ “But Abraham said, ‘If they won’t listen to Moses and the prophets, they won’t listen even if someone rises from the dead.’”
And also, Luke 12:15: Then he said, “Beware! Guard against every kind of greed. Life is not measured by how much you own.”
Let’s choose for ourselves the Treasury of God rather than living by our own wealth. As we can see in these passages a man’s riches aren’t in his abundance. Nor can we serve both God and mammon. Set our heart on things above. Look to Jesus to provide. Be not carnal or look towards this wealth. If we look to Him and have Him working with resurrection power streams of living water will flow from us. Learn obedience to our LORD in all things. They will help change our attitude to finances. Make us look to Him rather than to the world.
Do we ask for the love of money to be taken from us? The Christian must be prepared to remove love of money so that he won't be biased when it comes to doing what the Holy Spirit wants him to do in the future. Any ambition beyond part of God's will should be shunned. We should not hold onto it as security nor work out ways to increase it beyond being wise with it. If He asks us to give to someone or something we should do it without hesitating - obviously after first praying about it. His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of Him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
I am/we are a child/ children of God, a son/sons of the Most High, the Cross is ever before me/us and Jesus blood covers me/us. I/we have been forgiven my/our sins. Nothing fashioned against me/us will prosper. I/we will submit my/our will and not sin. Strength has been given me/us to resist in Jesus Name. You are my/our Shepherd. AMaN. Repent of your sins as a start everyday. Both those of commission and omission. Do this for all your sins - the ones you don't know about yet and those you do. This is a wonderful expression of your trust in Yahusha. Do it also at the end of the day too - for instance, don't let the sun go down on your anger.
God has given us a key of revelation to unlock not only the wealth of the world but to release the world from debt and poverty held in place by a web of forces in the demonic realm. Satan's kingdom has found its way into every area of our lives. His intention is to draw us away from our loving Daddy God into many areas where he controls. Debt is more than lack of money. It is also sin, death, loss of liberty, trespass, guilt, crime & poverty, separation from God and suffering. Daddy God, however, has a plan just like with salvation. In John 3:16 we read the plan for our salvation was His. In the end-time battle scenario with the forces of evil God's Word says in Psalms 8:4-6: "What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honour. You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet." We need to decide for ourselves who to follow. Let's walk in the ways of our God. Consider this, choose God's strategy for our lives. Consider this, has Satan thought through whether controlling the world currencies will help antichrist to control borrowing and lending? They have condemned themselves to utter destruction! God's Word reveals His judgments. Here it is from The Complete Jewish Bible for 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 which says:
"Then the one who embodies separation from Torah will be revealed, the one whom the Lord Yahusha will slay with the breath of His mouth and destroy by the Glory of His Coming. When this man who avoids Torah comes, the Adversary will give him the power to work all kinds of false miracles, signs and wonders. He will enable him to deceive, in all kinds of wicked ways, those who are heading for destruction because they would not receive the love of the Truth that could have saved them. This is why Elohim is causing them to go astray, so that they will believe the Lie. The result will be that all who have not believed the Truth, but have taken their pleasure in wickedness, will be condemned." But for us, onto eternal life! Read these Scriptures for yourself. Be encouraged. Revelation 12:11 says: "They triumphed over him by the blood of the LAMB and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death." John 8:32 says: "Then you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.” Hebrews 9:15 says "For this reason Yahusha is the mediator of a New Covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance —now that He has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the First Covenant." Learn Elohim's strategy for your life. He has loved you since the beginning, is fashioning a way by which you can understand enough to do His will. The various forces against though formidable are nothing compared to Elohim who shows just how we can use the power and authority given to us to beat our adversaries.
Back to the Apocalypse of Peter. (6-19.) 6. And as we prayed, suddenly there appeared two men standing before the LORD towards the East, on whom we were not able to look; 7, for there came forth from their countenance a ray as of the sun, and their raiment was shining, such as eye of man never saw; for no mouth is able to express or heart to conceive the Glory with which they were endued, and the beauty of their appearance. 8. And as we looked upon them, we were astounded; for their bodies were whiter than any snow and ruddier than any rose; 9, and the red thereof was mingled with the white, and I am utterly unable to express their beauty; 10, for their hair was curly and bright and seemly both on their face and shoulders, as it were a wreath woven of spikenard and divers-coloured flowers, or like a rainbow in the sky, such was their seemliness.
11. Seeing therefore their beauty we became astounded at them, since they appeared suddenly. 12. And I approached the LORD and said: Who are these? 13. He saith to me: These are your brethren the righteous, whose forms ye desired to see. 14. And I said to Him: And where are all the righteous ones and what is the aeon in which they are and have this Glory?
15. And the LORD showed me a very great country outside of this world, exceeding bright with light, and the air there lighted with the rays of the sun, and the earth itself blooming with unfading flowers and full of spices and plants, fair-flowering and incorruptible and bearing blessed fruit. 16. And so great was the perfume that it was borne thence even unto us. 17. And the dwellers in that place were clad in the raiment of shining angels and their raiment was like unto their country; and angels hovered about them there. 18. And the Glory of the dwellers there was equal, and with one voice they sang praises alternately to the LORD God, rejoicing in that place. 19. The LORD saith to us: This is the place of your high-priests, the righteous men." Both those known by their fruit and the righteous will be there at some time in the future. AMaN.
