Revelation 2:12-17 says: “Write this letter to the angel of the church in Pergamum. This is the message from the One with the sharp two-edged sword: “I know that you live in the city where Satan has his throne, yet you have remained loyal to Me. You refused to deny Me even when Antipas, My faithful witness, was martyred among you there in Satan’s city. “But I have a few complaints against you. You tolerate some among you whose teaching is like that of Balaam, who showed Balak how to trip up the people of Israel. He taught them to sin by eating food offered to idols and by committing sexual sin. In a similar way, you have some Nicolaitans among you who follow the same teaching. Repent of your sin, or I will come to you suddenly and fight against them with the sword of My mouth. “Anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what He is saying to the churches. To everyone who is victorious I will give some of the manna that has been hidden away in Heaven. And I will give to each one a white stone, and on the stone will be engraved a new name that no one understands except the one who receives it."
Listening and heeding is now becoming very important as we progress into the 6 seals mentioned in Revelation 6. It's a basic tenet of the relationship with Daddy. Not just the relationship through repentance is good enough; talk also about salvation. And be a servant. When we arrive in Heaven our life (which we have had) will flash before us in a split second. To give an idea, we will see our growing up, our childhood, getting a job, being part of a family with children growing up too and the end. All the sins we have committed will be an embarrassment and be there for all to see. They have an effect just like the good things we have done. The good things, however, will be BLOWN UP because they are worth so much. Even little things won't go unnoticed.
So prepare to be the Bride. Things are accelerating in the earth. With Nibiru approaching everyone is frantically putting themselves forward as the good rather than the bad. That's why war is breaking out in the Middle East. They will all fight each other for the right to be conquerors of Jerusalem & Israel. Or put another way, all join together and give each other a part of Israel. Vatican want Jerusalem. Palestinians want West Bank and East Jerusalem. (Ezekiel £8:10-12.)“‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil scheme. You will say, “I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars. I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the centre of the land." Let them come! I don't envy them for what is coming next. Here's the passage: (Ezekiel 38:17-23.) “‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: You are the one I spoke of in former days by My servants the prophets of Israel. At that time they prophesied for years that I would bring you against them. This is what will happen in that day: When Gog attacks the land of Israel, My hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign LORD. In My zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. The fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at My Presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. I will summon a sword against Gog on all My mountains, declares the Sovereign LORD. Every man’s sword will be against his brother. I will execute judgment on him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulphur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. And so I will show My greatness and My Holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I Am the LORD.’
So (once again) we really will be under the protection and security of our God. (Psalm 91:1-4.) "You who live in the shelter of ‘Elyon, who spend your nights in the shadow of Shaddai, who say to Adonai, “My refuge! My fortress! My God, in whom I trust!” — he will rescue you from the trap of the hunter and from the plague of calamities; he will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his truth is a shield and protection."
As this approaches, we must prepare to be in Jerusalem to be reckoned as part of those (the wise virgins or maidens) who stand on Mount Zion: (Joel 2:32.) "And everyone who calls on the Name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, even among the survivors whom the Lord calls." The church hasn't been preparing Christians for the end time drawing away into the wilderness. When you consider that approximately 2,500,000 (two and a half million) of a worldwide population of 7,000,000,000 (seven billion) will be taken away - that's .0003% (of a percentage) or 3 in every 10,000 (three in every ten thousand) it isn't surprising the word isn't getting about. "Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches." (Revelation 2:7.)
(Matthew 24:1-3.) "Jesus left the temple and was walking away when His disciples came up to Him to call His attention to its buildings. “Do you see all these things?” He asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of Your Coming and of the end of the age?” So they weren't important. Things which are important are to (1) come to Him privately, (2) recognise Who and what is important - look at the scripture in Joshua 5:13-14: "Now when Joshua was near Jericho, he looked up and saw a man standing in front of him with a drawn sword in His hand. Joshua went up to Him and asked, “Are you for us or for our enemies?” “Neither,” He replied, “but as Commander of the army of the LORD I have now come.” Then Joshua fell facedown to the ground in reverence, and asked Him, “What message does my LORD have for His servant?” Also, (3) anyone with ears to hear must listen to the Spirit and understand what He is saying to the churches. Amen.
