In Daniel chapter 3 we have Nebuchadnezzar setting up a statue of gold to be worshipped. From verses 8-12 it states: “At this time some astrologers came forward and denounced the Jews. (Shadrach, Meshach & Abednego had been chosen as the Israelis who would make a dedication for their nation in honour of the image.) They said to King Nebuchadnezzar, “May the king live forever! Your Majesty has issued a decree that everyone who hears the sound of the horn, flute, zither, lyre, harp, pipe and all kinds of music must fall down and worship the image of gold, and that whoever does not fall down and worship will be thrown into a blazing furnace. But there are some Jews whom you have set over the affairs of the province of Babylon—Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego—who pay no attention to you, Your Majesty. They neither serve your gods nor worship the image of gold you have set up.” Then, in verses 16-18 we hear it from them too. In verse 19, Nebuchadnezzar commands the furnace to be heated seven times hotter. Seven is the number of completion. There's the same point again as above. Then (again), they are cast into the furnace in verse 23 (“and these three men, firmly tied, fell into the blazing furnace.”) So, they are bound (worldly bondage) while being purified by fire (what we are going through at the moment). However, just like them, we are rescued. Daniel 3:24-27: “Then King Nebuchadnezzar leaped to his feet in amazement and asked his advisers, “Weren’t there three men that we tied up and threw into the fire?” They replied, “Certainly, Your Majesty.” He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.” Nebuchadnezzar then approached the opening of the blazing furnace and shouted, “Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, servants of the Most High God, come out! Come here!” So Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego came out of the fire, and the satraps, prefects, governors and royal advisers crowded around them. They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them.”
There's a similar passage when Moses is with Pharaoh. Exodus 1:11-14 says: “So they put slave masters over them to oppress them with forced labour, and they built Pithom and Rameses as store cities for Pharaoh. But the more they were oppressed, the more they multiplied and spread; so the Egyptians came to dread the Israelites and worked them ruthlessly. They made their lives bitter with harsh labour in brick and mortar and with all kinds of work in the fields; in all their harsh labour the Egyptians worked them ruthlessly.” Nevertheless they continued to be refined as can be seen in this passage with the remark: ‘the more they multiplied and spread.’ The answer comes over forty years later when Moses comes back from his own wilderness experience. Exodus 6:6-8 is the passage: “Therefore, say to the Israelites: ‘I Am Yahusha, and I will bring you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. I will free you from being slaves to them, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with mighty acts of judgment. I will take you as My own people, and I will be Yah to you. Then you will know that I Am Yahusha, who brought you out from under the yoke of the Egyptians. And I will bring you to the land I swore with uplifted hand to give to Abraham, to Isaac and to Jacob. I will give it to you as a possession. I Am Yahusha.’”
A passage is needed in the Gospels to make this clear. The Beatitudes in Matthew 5 give a clue to those who will persevere, reaching beyond those who are content to trot up to church on Sunday, do things in a good moralistic way, etc. The principle is also pointed out in Matthew 7:9-11. Thus: “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will Yahuah in Heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!”
I've been reading the Kolbrin Bible. In it I have found many profound statements which are helping to set me free, to purify me might I say? In the second book, the Book of Gleanings, this statement can be found in chapter 2 (Eloma). “When the ear of the Spirit was opened in Eloma, she returned to her people and became The Interpreter of Yah.
In the days when some men left to dwell among The Children of Men, others came to Eloma and said, "Behold, men leave and we become weak, while The Children of Men become strong. Can this be the will of our Yahuah?" Then Eloma called upon Him and He heard her cry and said unto her, "Let your spirit be at peace, for things happen as they will; IT IS THE GRAIN BEING WINNOWED FROM THE CHAFF. It is always easier for men to follow the ways of the flesh than the ways of the Spirit, yet the deeper man descends into the vale of earthly things, the harder the climb out to the heights of Glory. A generation to go down, ten generations to rise again. Man must struggle or
degenerate, but the path of pleasure is pleasant, while the path of progress is beset with pain and strife". Yahuah said to Eloma, His servant, "Behold, I have been good to My children, they have been given everything that is pleasant, everything has come easily to their hand. The lot of The Children of Men is more harsh and yet they prosper. Childish things are expected from a child, but when it grows up more is anticipated. Yet still My
children come to me as children".
Our lot might not seem as hard as the Israelis were going through nevertheless we are being kept from our rightful inheritance by the Elites forcing us into hard labour. Fathers’ will will come, however! For those of us who persevere more earnestly it seems we become the Bride. A part of the passage in Matthew 25 about the wise and foolish virgins (bridesmaids) seems to put this point across too. (Matthew 25:6-11.) “At midnight the cry rang out: ‘Here’s the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!’ “Then all the virgins woke up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil; our lamps are going out.’ “‘No,’ they replied, ‘there may not be enough for both US AND YOU. Instead, go to those who sell oil and buy some for yourselves.’ “But while they were on their way to buy the oil, the bridegroom arrived. THE VIRGINS WHO WERE READY WENT IN WITH HIM TO THE WEDDING BANQUET. And the door was shut. “Later the others also came. ‘Lord, Lord,’ they said, ‘open the door for us!’ “ Notice that the foolish ones do come along later, aren't allowed in but I think they will come in but with a different order of events. I deliberately left out the last two verses to put this point across. Even if they're added the same point is there. This is the point Yahuah showed as I was writing this article.
(Proverbs 14:11-19.) (11) “The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the upright will flourish. (12) There is a way that appears to be right, but in the end it leads to death. (13) Even in laughter the heart may ache, and rejoicing may end in grief. (14) The faithless will be fully repaid for their ways, and the good rewarded for theirs. (15) The simple believe anything, but the prudent give thought to their steps. (16) The wise fear Yahusha and shun evil, but a fool is hotheaded and yet feels secure. (17) A quick-tempered person does foolish things, and the one who devises evil schemes is hated. (18) The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge. (19) Evildoers will bow down in the presence of the good, and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.” AMaN.
